From Overwhelmed to Organized
Plan your first event, backwards.

If you’re new to timeline planning, start small.
Choose one event — not your whole life.
A birthday.
Picture day.
A sports season.
Now work backward:
Pick the target and end date (A birthday party, picture day, dance recital).
List everything that needs to be done and attach dates.
Schedule reminders so that you can prepare in advance.
Identify what you will need to do after the event.
That’s it.
You don’t need a perfect system. You need a visible one.
When tasks live outside your head, your mind gets quieter. When you can see what’s coming, you stop bracing for impact.
Organization isn’t about control — it’s about relief.
And timelines are where that relief begins.
